WHAT INGREDIENTS DOES THE BOTANICAL LIFE CO. USE?
At the Botanical Life Co we use a range of natural, organic, and naturally derived ingredients including; organic oatmeal, Australian clays, activated charcoal, ground pumice stone, arrowroot flour, turmeric, sea salt & organic minerals, acids & sugars found in lemons, limes, corn, beets & berries.
Our luxurious base oils & butters include macadamia oil, kakadu plum oil, sweet almond oil, shea butter, extra virgin olive oil & coconut oil. We blend our own natural fragrances from 100% pure essential oils.
All of our ingredients are assessed for their health and safety against research undertaken by the Environmental Working Group (EWG) & we are proud that every ingredient we use scores as ‘low hazard to health and environment’ on the EWG ‘ Guide to Healthy Cleaning Rating List’ as well as the ‘Skin Deep Data Base of Toxic Ingredients’. www.ewg.org
WHAT INGREDIENTS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RANGE?
Our products are 100% free from toxins & chemicals of concern as listed on the Environmental Working Group databases & the ‘Australian Safe and Sustainable Indoor Cleaning’ chemicals of concern database.
We do not use synthetic fragrances, dyes, alcohols, parabens, sodium laurel sulfate, phthalates, mineral oils & petroleum. You can read detailed information about what is not in our products here.
WHY DOES THE BOTANICAL LIFE CO. DISCLOSE ALL OF ITS INGREDIENTS?
Currently in Australia there is no law that manufacturers of cosmetic & cleaning products must disclose their full list of ingredients. At the Botanical Life Co. we believe that people should know exactly what is in their products, so that they can make informed decisions about what they are exposing themselves & their families to & we disclose all of our ingredients.
HOW IS THE BRAND ENVIRONMENTALLY & SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE?
The Botanical Life Co. uses the highest quality, clean, sustainable & biodegradable ingredients. We guarantee our products are 100% free from chemicals of concern, synthetic fragrances, dyes, alcohols, parabens, sodium laurel sulfate, phthalates, mineral oils & petroleum. We endeavour to maintain a low carbon footprint & are committed to continually improving our practices. We source local ingredients where possible including our premium grade macadamia oil (grown & made in the Byron Bay hinterland) & our locally made product labels & packaging. We use Australian made PET recyclable & re-fillable bottles, 100% recyclable boxes & re-claimed & biodegradable materials to protect our items in the post.

ARE THE BOTANICAL LIFE CO. PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?
No. Our products are certified Vegan & cruelty free which means that they are never tested on animals.
We currently use Australia Post for all of our deliveries within Australia.
SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA FOR RETAIL CUSTOMERS
- FLAT RATE $15 per order for standard shipping of orders weighing up to 10kg.
- Please note that Australian orders over 10kg will incur additional postage charges.
- FREE shipping for deals and promotions, as advertised on the website & Instagram.
- You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
- Orders are generally posted within 24 hours of being placed. Orders within Australia will generally arrive within 5-7 days after being posted. Remote areas within Australia & Western Australia may take longer.

We will happily refund your order if you would like to return the goods for some reason. Please send the products to PO Box 378, Brunswick Heads, NSW, 2484 & we will process the refund once we confirm the products have not been used or damaged. We do not cover return shipping costs.
